An office building on the corner of Marksingel and Nieuw Ginnekenstraat, in the historic city center of Breda, is being transformed into a modern residential complex. The complex will feature a commercial ground floor and a diverse residential offering, including studios, apartments, and penthouses.

The former office building will be converted into 33 apartments, with 16 apartments available for sale and 17 for rent. The ground floor will have space available for commercial leasing.

In this case, adding value also means adding sustainable value. That’s why we chose to transform the existing structure. With a completely new facade, the building will gain a fresh and attractive appearance.

We are proud that, through this development, we can contribute both to alleviating the housing shortage and to enhancing the character of the city center.

Construction is set to begin in 2025.
