The former Philips building SWA, also known as the Glass Building, is a distinctive property with a rich history. The very first light bulbs were manufactured here. By mid-2025, this iconic building will be transformed into 177 independent residential units, with space for work on the ground floor. The plan includes a mix of apartments ranging from 30 to 75m², and a commercial base will be created on the ground floor.
